Online rental payments are recorded as received when they finish processing and are released to us by Zego. Normal processing can take 3-5 business days; please initiate payment early enough to allow sufficient processing time. If rent is received on the 4th or later, it is considered late and fees will apply

Rent can also be paid in the office in cash, check, money order, or certified funds. NO CARD PAYMENTS CAN BE ACCEPTED IN THE OFFICE. If you can't make it during business hours checks, certified funds, and money orders can be put in the drop slot. DO NOT PUT CASH IN DROP SLOT. The drop is accessed through the silver mail slot on our back (teal) door.
